PDF Pattern Printing Help
Our most frequent customer questions or issues relate to printing PDF patterns. We have provided some helpful information so you can be successful with your printing. However, after following these suggestions, if you still have issues, please reach out to info@cosmosquilts.com
Printer Set-up
You will want to set your printer to print to the pages to 'Actual Size' or 100%. You will want to test out a template prior to printing all of the templates. Our patterns have a 1 inch test box on the template page, and you will want to measure that box to ensure it is 1 inch. This will address the majority of printing issues.
Still isn't printing to correct size?
Some printers have issues printing to the correct size due to multiple possible technical issues with the printer. However, there is a way for you to work around this limitation if setting your printer to 'Actual Size' or 100% did not work. If your 1 inch test box is too small, you will want to increase the percentage to be above 100%. Often between 101-105% will resolve the issue.
