Refund policy

Cosmos Quilts, LLC has a 30-day return policy for notions only.  To be eligible for a refund and return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.  Cosmos Quilts does not offer free return shipping.  You will need to pay for return shipping once your return is approved by Cosmos Quilts.  Items sent back without return approval from Cosmos Quilts will not be accepted.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on patterns, fabric, or quilt kits.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order when received and contact Cosmos Quilts within 30 days if any of the items are damaged, missing printed pages or fabric, or if you received the wrong item, so that Cosmos Quilts can evaluate and correct the issue.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
